Welcome to Map and Memoir. By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services or purchasing our products.

2. Products and Services

We sell travel books and travel journals to customers across India and internationally.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept payments through approved payment gateways, including Cashfree and Razorpay.

  • Prices may change without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship Pan India and internationally.

  • Standard delivery time within India is 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • For lost or damaged items, processing replacement may take 10–15 working days.

  • International delivery times may vary based on destination and courier service.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Map and Memoir believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a
    liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
    • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
    However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the
    vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
    • Map and memoir does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like
    flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the
    quality of product delivered is not good.
    • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team.
    The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his
    own end. This should be reported within Only same day days of receipt of the products. In case you feel
    that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the
    notice of our customer service within Only same day days of receiving the product. The Customer
    Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
    • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer
    the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the Map and memoir, it’ll take 9-15 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Map and memoir and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
